It depends on the service type. Hourly services are scheduled with you directly. Monthly services run throughout the contracted period. Event-based services (like AoO or Barb Chain) are tied to the event schedule. When hiring, you can specify your preferred dates and times — the pilot will confirm availability within 24 hours.

Yes. All pilots are required to use a VPN when accessing your account. The VPN location is matched to your usual region whenever possible to minimize any login anomalies. This is a mandatory security practice enforced for every pilot on the platform.

Yes, you can cancel your order before the service begins. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a small fee as defined in the platform terms. You can cancel directly from your client dashboard under 'My Orders'.

Payments are made directly between you and the pilot — outside the platform. After your order is confirmed, the pilot will contact you via Discord to arrange payment using your preferred method (PIX, Wise, Binance, PayPal, crypto, etc.). Once payment is received, the pilot marks the order as paid and the service begins. The platform does not process or hold any funds.
